Which payment forms do we accept?

Credit card payments: Visa & MasterCard

We accept Visa & MasterCard credit cards, with a variety of fraud protection mechanisms in place to protect you against chargebacks.

EFT payments

Our EFT payments with traditional internet banking with SA's four biggest banks.

Is it safe to order and pay on-line?

The payment is handled by PayFast, a secure and trusted payment gateway and you will need to complete your details on their secure server for credit card payments.


We offer a door to door delivery service to all major center’s via The Courier Guy couriers. Once you have placed your order we will dispatch your order and send your tracking or waybill number. You will also have access to view the location of your parcel on the website of our 3rd party shipping company.

Returns & Exchange Policy

What happens if I am not entirely satisfied with my product?

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with a DPM Group product, the product must be returned within 7 days. If you return a product, please include full details and an explanation as to why you were not satisfied with the product.

All valid returns will be replaced and shipped within 5 working days once we have received the damaged product and verified that it was our mistake.

A full refund will be issued in the circumstance that we cannot replace the product within 5 working days.

Note that this excludes shipping/delivery costs.

Return goods?

You are welcome to return any product provided that the product is in the same condition, has not been used and is still in its original packaging. We offer a 7-day full refund policy (excluding postage costs).

What happens if I want to change my order once I have placed it?

This can only be done if your product has not been collected by the courier and in the process of delivering.

What happens if I want to exchange goods?

As per the South African Consumer Act, you are welcome to return any product provided that the product is in the same condition and packaging and has not been used.  If you wish to exchange the item for something else, you will be liable for return / exchange shipping costs. Remember we allow a 7-day return or exchange.
